About the Event
We’ll be ending with a workshop to focus on our better selves. This workshop will calm and center our spirit with movement to help us understand the importance of relaxing. Sis. Denise Robinson will lead and guide participants to “Breathe” an internal workout, “Stretch” a body workout and “Soaking” a spiritual workout. For this session participants must be hydrated, free from distraction, external noises and have headphones, a pillow and a body mat or towel available.
