COVID-19 Guidelines
On the morning of worship, please conduct a health self-assessment: 

Are you feeling sick? (example include a new cough, headache, weakness, fever, difficulty breathing, loss of smell or taste, loss of appetite, chills, etc.) 

Have you traveled outside of the United States in the past 14 days?

Did you provide care or have close contact with a person with COVID-19 (probable or confirmed) while they were ill and you did not have appropriate PPE?

If you answered YES to one or more then please stay home.

Please note that masks are required for the duration of your time while at the church.
