Registration Information

General Registration:  $250.00 Fee includes the following:

  • Registration processing
  • Conference materials
  • Three meals
  • All workshops and worship services

NOTE:  ALL CONFERENCE ATTENDEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW WRIST BANDS AND NAME TAGS TO GAIN ADMITTANCE TO ALL WORKSHOPS AND MEALS.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Conference Registration:  Registration will take place on Sundays after each worship service and on Monday evenings before Women’s Bible Study during the Women’s Season in January, February and March.  You may also register online and view workshop information here.

Conference Accommodations:  The Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral 2008 Women’s Conference will be held at the Philadelphia Marriott located at 1201 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The rate is $125.00 per room, per night.  Reservations must be received on or before March 31, 2008 to ensure the conference rate.  (Please note that your confirmation number is required for registration at the hotel).  Please make your reservation at 800-266-9432.

Payment:  Conference fees may be paid in cash, by check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.  All checks and money orders must be made payable to The Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral, memo: Women’s Conference.

Cancellation Policy:  To cancel your Conference Registration, you must submit written notification no later than March 31, 2008 to: Women’s Conference Registration Committee, GAC, 110-31 Merrick Boulevard, Jamaica, New York 11433.  Upon receipt of your cancellation, your registration fee will be returned less a 25% processing fee.  All approved refunds will be processed immediately following the conference.  There will be no refunds after March 31, 2008.

Transportation:  Bus transportation is available for $40.00.  The fee includes transportation from The Cathedral to the Philadelphia Marriott on Thursday, April 17, 2008 and the return trip to The Cathedral on Saturday, April 19, 2008.  Please select a bus departure time when you register for the conference.  Transportation is not guaranteed if you miss your scheduled bus.
